Penguin Solutions (PENG) shares jumped over 13% after the company overnight reported better-than-expected fiscal Q4 results and raised its fiscal 2027 guidance.

Intraday trading volume grew to more than 15.5 million shares from a daily average of about 2.7 million.

Coffee Holding (JVA) said Wednesday its board has approved a share repurchase program of up to $2.5 million of its shares.

Shares rose over 6%, with intraday trading volume of more than 101.3 million, versus a daily average of about 35,000.
