消息面上，TrendForce研究显示，四季度DRAM存储整体维持供不应求格局，但合约涨势放缓。值得注意的是，当前市场普遍担忧各存储厂商不断扩产，远期供给增加会压制芯片价格。此外，三星电子公布的最新财报显示：第三季度销售额195万亿韩元，预估201.9万亿韩元；第三季度营业利润107.4万亿韩元，预估108.67万亿韩元，均低于预期。
