消息面上，9月30日，嘉定区江桥镇北虹桥地区83-02E地块由迈富时竞得。按照公开披露的建设规划，迈富时将在此打造人工智能研发中心，项目总投资约2.5亿元，整体建设周期约3年，预计2029年9月正式建成投产。根据产业准入相关文件披露的预期指标，项目全面达产后，年销售收入规模约50亿元，达产年税收约8280万元。
国金证券近日发布研报称，迈富时募资持续加码算力基建。部分城市Token券补贴有望进一步缩短投资回收期。Token相关收入占AI应用收入比重持续提升，下半年AI研发智能体开始对外售卖，以及海外业务拓展，有望贡献增量。
