NSD Completes 2 Billion Yen Share Buyback Program

NSD (TYO:9759) has completed its buyback program after it repurchased 68,800 of its own shares for 203.9 million yen between Oct. 1 and Oct. 6, through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Cumulatively, NSD repurchased 731,400 shares for 2 billion yen under the resolution, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

This concludes the buyback authorized by its board on May 8, which had a maximum of 750,000 shares and 2 billion yen.
