9月20 日，兑吧集团公告：公司创始人名下的Xiaoliang Holding拟将其持有的120，682，000股票（约占总股本11.21%）无偿注入员工激励平台，公告同时明确，未来新增激励将主要用于AI 短剧在内的AI业务发展所需的人才激励。值得一提的是，AI短剧是公司目前高增长且未来重点战略发展方向。将激励资源向该领域倾斜，有助于明确战略方向，绑定核心人才，推动业务突破。
据悉，兑吧自今年1月上线AI短剧业务以来，该项业务表现出强劲的增长势头。抖音端原生播放量6-8月累计增长178%，连续三月稳居前4，7-8月进入TOP3，并成为头部公司中唯一连续两月保持50%以上高增长的公司。进入9月，最新单周榜单中继续位居第2名，增长动能延续。半年报显示，AI短剧业务上半年贡献收入2.23亿元，占集团总收入51.2%，成为第一大收入来源。
