【险资可投港股通ETF 跨境配置再添新通道】保险资金投资港股通ETF的监管口径进一步明确。记者获悉，多家险企近日收到《关于明确保险资金投资港股通ETF监管口径的函》。函件明确，按照监管规定可投资港股通股票的保险机构，可以投资港股通ETF，并参照保险资金投资港股通股票的相关监管规定执行，该监管口径自9月20日起实施。8月18日，国家金融监督管理总局表态支持内地保险机构通过沪深港通投资香港交易所买卖基金；9月23日，香港证监会行政总裁梁凤仪公开证实，内地保险资金已正式登陆ETF通。Wind数据显示，截至9月末，纳入港股通范围的ETF共31只，合计规模3219亿元，全部为股票型。金融监管总局数据显示，截至2026年二季度末，险资运用余额突破40万亿元，其中投向股票和证券投资基金合计6.39万亿元，较年初增长6907亿元。这意味着，在港股通股票之外，符合条件的险资新增一类标准化、透明度较高的港股配置工具，跨境配置通道进一步拓宽。
