UMS Integration Secures Bursa Malaysia Nod for Placement Shares

UMS Integration (SGX:558, KLSE:UMSINT) secured an approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities for the listing and quotation of up to 52.9 million shares, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The approval is subject to listing requirements and follows a similar in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange on Oct. 5.

Shares of the semiconductor company were down over 3% in Singapore trading on Thursday.
