金吾财讯 | 港股内房股盘中持续活跃，截至发稿，雅居乐集团（03383）涨5.66%，中国海外发展（00688）涨5.44%，华润置地（01109）涨4.70%，富力地产（02777）涨4.23%，绿城中国（03900）涨3.89%，建发国际集团（01908）涨3.46%，中国海外宏洋集团（00081）涨3.21%，越秀地产（00123）涨3.03%。消息面上，中原地产研究院监测显示，国庆假期全国重点50城新房认购量较去年同期上涨超过15%。此外，开源证券表示，2026年9月29日，财政部、中国人民银行、金融监管总局三部门联合发布《关于实施居民购房贷款贴息政策的通知》，本次贷款贴息政策是财政支持房地产行业的一项新的全国性政策，对房地产行业止跌回稳作用显著。国新证券认为，近期房地产政策力度较大，房地产政策组合拳出台之后，河南、北京、上海等地出台地方政策，着力稳定房地产市场。国常会提出研究出台稳定房地产市场等政策措施，房地产后续仍将有配套政策陆续出台。政策有利于稳定市场信心、推动房地产市场止跌回稳。建议关注销售情况较好、业绩稳健的房地产企业。
