Nihon Dengi's (TYO:1723) has set the selling price for its secondary public offering at 2,174 yen per share, with aggregate proceeds of about 8.38 billion yen.
The underwriters will purchase the shares at 2,073.11 yen each, totaling about 7.99 billion yen, according to a Tuesday Tokyo Stock Exchange filing.
An over-allotment offering of 577,800 additional shares has also been priced at 2,174 yen apiece, generating 1.26 billion yen in additional proceeds.
The share delivery date is Oct. 14, the specialized engineering contractor said.
