ServiceNow (NOW) is seeing stable-to-improving demand ahead of its Q3 results, with artificial intelligence interest rising and security offering potential upside, UBS Securities said.

The company is scheduled to report its Q3 results on Oct. 28.

UBS said in a Monday note that it spoke with several ServiceNow partners to assess Q3 trends. The overall enterprise software spending environment remains tight. Growth is being driven mainly by renewals and expansion among existing customers, along with customers upgrading to premium products and adopting usage-based pricing.

Interest in ServiceNow's AI products is increasing, including its AI Control Tower, but the impact on actual spending remains limited so far, the analysts added.

Meanwhile, security and governance are becoming increasingly important and could provide a significant growth boost in H2 2026 and into 2027, the analysts said.

UBS raised its price target on ServiceNow to $150 from $110, with a neutral rating "given a still-tough overall apps spending backdrop and a deceleration in organic growth."
