Lendlease Group Completes Melbourne Theatre Refurbishment

Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) has completed the major refurbishment of Arts Center Melbourne's Ian Potter State Theater, reopening the venue six months ahead of schedule and marking the first completed milestone of the Victorian Government's Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation, according to a Wednesday statement by the company.
The upgrade preserves the theatre's heritage character while adding modern seating, improved air conditioning, advanced sound, energy-efficient lighting, accessibility features and a redesigned layout for more than 2,000 guests.
