ChainCatcher 消息，美国明尼苏达州圣克劳德金融信用社（St. Cloud Financial Credit Union）CEO Jed Meyer 表示，该机构成为首家将比特币纳入核心账本的信用社。这家由邮政工人于 1930 年创立的信用社目前为会员托管真实比特币，采用正在申请专利的混合托管模式，让每位会员在多签金库中拥有独立的比特币所有权。
据 Jed Meyer 介绍，该信用社在并未刻意推广的情况下，托管比特币数量已超过 20 枚。其服务支持会员直接买卖比特币，将普通用户引入比特币生态，并计划接入闪电网络。他还谈及稳定币、美元与比特币作为新型货币网络的关系，以及比特币 ETF 与信用社托管之间的差异。
在监管层面，Jed Meyer 提到明尼苏达州托管法律、美国国家信用社管理局（NCUA）的审查以及 CLARITY 法案。此外，该信用社还推出 Cloud Dollar 稳定币，并采用合作所有制模式。他表示，信用社需要自行掌握支付通道，并持续向持怀疑态度者普及相关知识。
