Singapore-headquartered data center operator DayOne Data Centers filed for an initial public offering in the US, according to a Tuesday press release.
DayOne has applied to list American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "DODC".
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
DayOne intends to use the proceeds from the planned listing to develop and build new data center projects and to support working capital and other general corporate purposes, according to its prospectus filed Monday.
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, and Citigroup will act as underwriters of the IPO.
