路透10月6日 - 全球投资公司KKR KKR.N 周一表示，已同意以51亿美元（含债务）收购私募资本基金管理公司Gen II Fund Services，借此进军支持私募市场的基础设施领域。
以下是部分细节。
KKR将从Hg、General Atlantic及其他少数股东手中收购Gen II。Hg和General Atlantic于2020年对Gen II进行了投资。
Gen II为私募股权、私募信贷及其他私募市场管理机构提供税务、合规、资金管理及技术服务。
该公司为超过275家投资机构提供服务，这些机构管理的私募基金资本总额超过2万亿美元。
KKR表示，Gen II的联合创始人兼首席执行官史蒂文·米尔纳（Steven Millner）将继续领导该公司。
该交易预计将于2027年完成。
此项交易进一步拓展了KKR在支撑私募市场相关业务领域的布局。
今年5月，KKR收购了Arctos (link) ——一家为另类资产管理人提供资本解决方案并投资体育特许经营权的投资公司，该交易最初估值约为14亿美元。
