智通财经APP获悉，周一，台积电(TSM.US)盘中走高，截至发稿，涨幅约1.4%，报479美元，市值约2.49万亿美元，创历史新高。消息面上，据媒体报道，台积电正评估与特斯拉、SpaceX CEO埃隆·马斯克旗下位于德克萨斯州的Terafab超级晶圆厂项目进行合作，在美国建立先进的端到端半导体制造产能。对此，马斯克在社交媒体平台“X”上亲自证实了这一消息。台积电官方则维持一贯低调，未做任何公开回应。
多位产业人士向媒体透露，双方确实有过接触，但距离签约“还很远”，目前更像是“约会阶段”。该方案的设想是由台积电负责发展晶圆制造能力，Terafab则提供资金支持、股权投资、采购协议以及保障新晶圆厂产能运转所需的其他配套条件。目前双方的合作方式尚未确定。
