周一原油大跌近2%后，周二油价继续小幅走低，波斯湾出口增加、沙特下调油价，显示市场供给趋于宽松。
全球基准布伦特原油跌至每桶100美元下方，西德克萨斯中质油回落至88美元附近。海湾产油国正通过霍尔木兹海峡输送更多原油，尽管风险仍处于高位，但更多油轮选择冒险通行这条争议航道。
科威特称其原油产量恢复至伊朗战争前约75%的水平；伊拉克正增租船舶，经由霍尔木兹海峡外运原油。与此同时，沙特阿美下调面向亚洲客户的主力阿拉伯轻质原油售价，至六年低位，以此争夺市场份额。
美国企业研究所高级研究员、Evenflow Macro LLC高级顾问Heather Conley表示，霍尔木兹海峡原油流通改善并未解决能源难题，成品油供应依旧紧张。
今年2月美伊冲突爆发，原油供应受扰、推升通胀，布伦特原油年内涨幅仍有约65%。中东原油流量虽向冲突前水平修复，但成品油市场仍高度紧张，部分原因是乌克兰对俄罗斯发动打击。这促使七国集团及其盟友持续释放战略储备。
