金吾财讯 | 嘉士伯（CABGY）达成协议，将从Revery手中收购两家百事装瓶企业—格鲁吉亚的Iberia Refreshments以及亚美尼亚的JI百事可乐装瓶公司，本次交易财务条款未对外披露。交易完成后，嘉士伯将负责百事公司（PEP）在格鲁吉亚、亚美尼亚两国软饮料产品的生产、销售与分销业务。该交易延续了嘉士伯与百事的长期合作，强化嘉士伯在非酒精饮料领域的布局，非酒饮业务正与啤酒业务同步扩张。收购落地后，嘉士伯承担百事装瓶业务覆盖的市场总数将增至17个。嘉士伯计划将格鲁吉亚、亚美尼亚，连同已敲定装瓶合作的阿塞拜疆整合，打造南高加索区域运营集群，依托邻近市场共享生产、销售及分销能力，支撑更加多元的饮料产品矩阵。百事公司高级副总裁兼欧洲内部饮料总经理Natalia Filippociants表示，本次合作拓展，有望推动百事在格鲁吉亚、亚美尼亚两大市场开启下一阶段增长。
