新浪科技讯 10月6日下午消息，针对原中国电信员工实名举报多名高管一事，中国电信发布声明称，已于2024年进行过内部专项核查，其言论与事实不符。

　　近日，原中国电信集团员工郑某实名举报中国电信多名高管。据郑某公开的举报内容，其曾参与“国家工业互联网大数据中心”项目，指控该项目存在组织围标串标、伪造合同等问题，涉及违规套取3800万元财政资金。具体包括：一个核心软件开发项目13天“完工”，却上报33779人日的工作量；四家电信全资子公司内部围标串标，采购预算金额3504.95万，中标金额3504万，预算与中标价吻合度达99.97%；7700万自筹配套资金大面积造假，造假方式包括订立虚假合同、虚高采购、账面调账、虚假费用列支等，且高管对此完全知情。此外，账目还存在资金违规分流、责任人带病破格提拔、政企与工联院双向人事利益输送等问题。

　　针对此事，中国电信大客户事业部今日发布声明称，郑季衍原为部门员工，自2023年起无正当理由旷工635天，期间多次劝说无效。依据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》及公司规章制度，于2026年8月31日依法解除与郑季衍的劳动关系。“我们在项目合作中一直以来严格执行规章制度，郑季衍所提及项目已于2024年进行过内部专项核查，其言论与事实不符。”
