ChainCatcher 消息，代币化公司 Securitize 今日宣布将苹果、英伟达、特斯拉、微软等 12 家美股引入 Solana 区块链，推出名为 “Securitize Stocks” 的新产品。首批复盖公司包括微软、亚马逊、Alphabet、Meta、Netflix、Circle、Strategy 及 Palantir。
每只股票代币由实际股份 1:1 支撑，结构上保留股息和投票权等适用股东权利，但代表证券权益而非公司股东名册上的直接所有权；当代币化获得发行人采纳后，可能提供转换通道。该产品初期在 Securitize 现有 Solana 平台上交易，由 Jump Trading 提供流动性，以 USDC 稳定币结算，预计还将登陆纽交所计划中的 24/7 数字交易平台及即将推出的 OKXICE 代币化证券场所，后者是纽交所母公司洲际交易所与 OKX 的合资企业，二者均须满足上线及监管要求。
