智通财经APP获悉，KFM金德(03816)午后涨超12%，股价创历史新高。截至发稿，涨12.45%，报5.78港元，成交额2381.90万港元。
消息面上，近日，立讯精密宣布，计划以约6.84亿港元收购KFM金德57%的股权，同时认购KFM约2.52亿港元的零息可转换债券。KFM金德控股委任华富建业为独立财务顾问，就立讯认购协议相关交易及要约提供意见。
花旗分析认为，KFM金德对立讯精密的收入与利润并表贡献不足0.5%，但这笔交易的重心在于精密金属结构件与冲压工艺能力。除了工艺补充，立讯精密更看重标的公司在苏州与马来西亚的成熟制造基地。
