ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，AI 公司 DeepSeek 接近完成新一轮融资，规模预计至少达到 800 亿元人民币（约 120 亿美元），大幅超过公司此前约 500 亿元人民币的融资目标。知情人士透露，腾讯控股和宁德时代（CATL）已承诺投入本轮融资中的较大金额，相关融资交易预计即将完成。
由于 DeepSeek 最新 AI 模型发布后市场需求和投资兴趣显著提升，本轮融资规模超过预期，最终金额甚至可能接近 1000 亿元人民币。此前，DeepSeek 寻求融资约 500 亿元人民币，而投资者对其 AI 技术进展的兴趣推动融资规模进一步扩大。DeepSeek 此前已获得腾讯、宁德时代等机构关注，并通过融资扩大算力基础设施、AI 模型研发及团队建设。
Bloomberg Línea 据报道，DeepSeek 计划在 2027 年初进行首次公开募股（IPO），此次大规模融资将为其上市前的发展提供资金支持。DeepSeek 凭借低成本、高性能 AI 模型在全球范围内获得关注，目前正加大对下一代 AI 技术和计算资源的投入。
