Chasen Holdings (SGX:5NV) said its specialist relocation business segment has secured new projects worth SG$23.6 million in the second quarter across two local and three overseas subsidiaries, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
Of the total, Chasen & Liten (Singapore), the two relocation subsidiaries, bagged a total of SG$5 million for projects in the semiconductor and MRT industries as well as warehousing.
The company's US-based business received an add-on contract valued at SG$15.2 million, in addition to the previously announced $18 million project for an EV lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant.
The company's HTC (PRC) business also got a S$3 million project to relocate an entire OLED production line from Tokyo, Japan, to Chuzhou, China.
Chasen also said that its flagship facility, Chasen Logistics Hub, has achieved full occupancy.
