金吾财讯 | 半导体板块普涨，截至发稿，Mobix Labs（MOBX）涨12.94%，Astera Labs（ALAB）涨10.18%，迈威尔科技（MRVL）涨7.33%，Tower 半导体（TSEM）涨6.74%，Credo Technology（CRDO）涨5.84%，MACOM Technology Solutions（MTSI）涨5.70%，博通（AVGO）涨4.04%。消息面上，瑞穗分析师Vijay Rakesh团队发布研报指出，代理型AI应用持续增加将带动CPU需求爆发，推动CPU出货量上行，利好服务器CPU及内存厂商。该行预测，2030E代理CPU市场规模约800亿美元，四年复合增速123%；头节点CPU市场规模680亿美元，四年复合增速61%；传统CPU市场规模600亿美元，四年复合增速2%。报告给出的服务器CPU整体预测偏保守，2030E对应四年复合增速32%，该测算低于AMD给出的市场目标。自下而上测算显示，代理AI将拉动CPU、DRAM、NAND的比特出货量提升至对应市场的22-30%；代理型AI在整体服务器CPU中的占比，将从当前约4%提升至2030E年的30%。
