智通财经APP获悉，粤港湾智算(01396)尾盘涨近4%。截至发稿，涨3.96%，报10.76港元，成交额3253.60万港元。
开源证券近期表示，算力供需缺口持续扩大，算力租赁行业景气度上行。粤港湾智算中期财报显示，期内AI业务实现收入23.83亿元，占营收比重的93%；在手算力订单超370亿，履约能力强劲。意味着公司完成对天顿数据的收购合并后，已全面转型成为“AI智算技术服务商和生态构建平台”，半年度业绩超预期兑现，印证了公司AI智算业务转型卓有成效。
值得注意的是，粤港湾智算年内已完成纳入MSCI中国小型股指数、更名、恒生行业分类调整等前置动作，预计2027年第一季度有望纳入港股通。管理层预计，入通落地后，南向万亿资金将为公司算力资产重新定价，市场亦将逐步以全栈式AI算力基础设施服务商的逻辑审视公司价值。
