Curtiss-Wright (CW) said late Tuesday that K. Christopher Farkas has stepped down as chief financial officer but will remain with the company as executive vice president until his retirement at the end of 2026 to support a smooth transition.
Senior vice president and corporate controller Gary Ogilby will assume an expanded role to serve as interim CFO, effective immediately, the company said.
