Levi Strauss (LEVI) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.48 per diluted share, up from $0.34 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.36.
Revenue for the three months ended Aug. 30 was $1.61 billion, up from $1.54 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.62 billion.
The company now expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $1.54 to $1.56 on revenue growth of 7%. It earlier expected adjusted EPS of $1.46 to $1.52 on revenue growth of 7% to 7.5%.
Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $1.54.
The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.16 per share, payable Nov.4 to stockholders of record Oct. 21.
The company also said it plans to initiate a $100 million accelerated share repurchase program.
