首席执行官蒂姆・霍特格斯表示，人工智能正在从根本上重塑这家企业

德国电信计划将 AI 技术融入通信网络以及欧洲基础设施。

　　这家德国电信集团表示，以 2023 年为基准，预计到 2027 年，AI 与自动化业务在除美国以外市场可实现约 11 亿欧元（折合 12.4 亿美元）的直接总节约；到 2030 年，间接成本节约规模可达 25 亿欧元。

　　在周一举办的人工智能投资者活动前夕，首席执行官蒂姆・霍特格斯发表声明称：“人工智能正在从根本上改变德国电信。它让我们的网络性能更强、更加智能，服务更加个性化，并催生全新商业模式。”

　　公司表示，在网络运维、客户服务、软件开发以及行政流程中大量重复作业的场景，均已引入人工智能。

　　与此同时，新产品与服务将拉动营收增长。德国电信正在开发面向企业的平台，帮助企业实现重复性工作自动化；该公司的 AI 助手能够完成通话实时翻译、答疑、内容摘要整理，将为更多增值服务与新资费套餐铺路。

　　公司预计，2026 年，非美国业务板块的 AI 相关收入约 2.5 亿欧元；至 2030 年，该收入将增长至 8 亿欧元左右。

　　德国电信同时确认了全年业绩指引与中期经营目标。
