【浙江温州：着力优化人工智能创业营商环境】今年以来，温州市司法局发布《温州市人工智能生成内容合规指引》《温州市人工智能OPC创业社区建设合规指引》；温州市市场监管局、市税务局联合发布《温州市人工智能OPC从登记注册到税务合规指引》等，为一人公司创业生态规范化、标准化发展奠定制度根基。在金融扶持方面，温州龙湾区配套最高30万元个人创业担保贷款、400万元小微企业贷款，设立4亿元产业基金，形成覆盖种子期到成长期的基金矩阵。鹿城农商银行推出《温州市OPC综合金融服务方案》，以“创孵金融”十大举措，构建“政务+财税+政策+金融+保险”一站式孵化体系。温州市人力社保局相关负责人表示，下一步将持续推动各项政策举措落地见效，不断完善人工智能一人公司创业生态，让更多一人公司在温州破土而出、拔节生长。
