Metaplanet 修订资本配置政策，拟将 10% 至 15% 资产投入战略投资

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，日本投资与比特币财库公司 Metaplanet 公布修订后的资本配置政策，提出将总资产的 10% 至 15% 投入战略投资，包括并购与生息资产，并推出净利息收入策略，把资本配置到可产生收益的资产，用净利息收入支持比特币增持与股息支付。比特币仍是其核心财库储备资产，占总资产的 85% 至 90%。公司称此举旨在提升融资能力与信用质量，以提高每股对应的比特币持有量。

该融资模式出台之际，股东正对 Metaplanet 的治理与复杂资本结构表达担忧。公司于上周五发布五份更正后的证券备案文件，澄清首席执行官 Simon Gerovich 并未持有 Metaplanet 股东 MMX Ventures 的多数投票权。

匿名股东 Bitcoin Pharaoh 随后呼吁公司明确披露 MMX Ventures 的所有者、说明登记为 Gerovich 间接持有的 23.8% 股份，并公布从第 10 期股票期权池中行权 1880 万股的两名未具名高管身份。

今年 9 月初，管理层因将第 10 期高管股票期权池从 4600 万股扩大近七倍至 3.195 亿股而受到股东批评。9 月 11 日，Metaplanet 提出将该期权池缩减 41%，把潜在股份减少 1.313 亿股至 1.8819 亿股，并将转换比例由 1:696 重置为 1:410。
