XRP 财库公司 Evernorth 合并前，Armada SPAC 股价一周涨约 273%

ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Armada Acquisition Corp. II（XRPN）上周五收于 39.42 美元，当日上涨 68%，一周累计上涨约 273%，盘中一度触及 53 美元，而一周前为 10.58 美元，周一盘前再涨 9.5%。该公司是推动 XRP 财库公司 Evernorth 上市的 SPAC，Evernorth 表示合并预计于 10 月 7 日（周三）完成，尚待剩余条件满足。

Evernorth 预计在交割时持有约 4.73 亿枚 XRP，按周一约 1.51 美元的价格计算价值约 7.14 亿美元。其公布的融资包括约 3 亿美元总现金收益，其中 2.25 亿美元来自私募配售、3000 万美元来自可转换票据、4800 万美元来自 Armada 的信托资金，支持者还直接投入了 XRP。不过公司截至 2025 年底以 2.141 亿美元买入的 8440 万枚 XRP，均价约 2.54 美元，如今价值约 1.27 亿美元。

Armada 信托在 6 月底持有 2.412 亿美元，每份公众股赎回价值约 10.49 美元。Evernorth 10 月 1 日的公告显示约 4800 万美元信托资金将留作交易之用，据此计算约 80% 的信托资金将返还股东。赎回会减少可交易的公众股数量，使相对较小的订单就能大幅推动股价。
