Longsys' Hong Kong IPO Stabilization Period Ends, Over-Allotment Option Lapses

Shenzhen Longsys Electronics (HKG:9976, SHE:301308) said the stabilization period for its Hong Kong listing ended Oct. 3, and the over-allotment option lapsed without being exercised, according to a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing.

During the stabilization period, the stabilizing manager bought 4.50 million H shares on the market at prices ranging from HK$231.40 to HK$236.00 per share.

The last purchase was made on Sept. 9 at HK$234.80 per share.

No additional H shares will be issued under the over-allotment option.
