路透10月4日 - 据《金融时报》周日援引知情人士的话报导，多乐士（Dulux）涂料制造商阿克苏诺贝尔（AkzoNobel， AKZO.AS）即将达成协议，以远超10亿美元的价格将其东南亚装饰涂料业务出售给日本涂料（Nippon Paint， 4612.T）。
该报称，这家荷兰公司最早可能于周一达成协议。此次资产剥离将包括越南、印尼、马来西亚、泰国和新加坡，以及巴布亚新几内亚和澳大利亚的装饰涂料业务。
路透无法立即核实《金融时报》的报导。阿克苏诺贝尔和日本涂料均未立即回应路透的置评请求。
阿克苏诺贝尔今年7月表示，日本涂料曾提交多份收购其装饰涂料业务的提案 (link) ，对该业务的估值约为75亿欧元（84.4亿美元)）。此前，日本涂料曾于6月与美国涂料制造商舒文-威廉姆斯 SHW.N 联合提出一项125亿欧元的全公司收购要约 (link)，但随后撤回了该要约。
《金融时报》的报导还补充称，日本涂料公司仍对装饰涂料业务的更大规模交易感兴趣，但东南亚业务的整合可能会占用该公司一段时间，且阿克苏诺贝尔目前没有计划出售该业务的更多资产。
