花旗集团分析师称，意大利总理焦尔吉娅·梅洛尼必须赢得周四的信任投票，防止债券市场紧张态势进一步加剧。
花旗资深欧洲经济学家贾达·贾尼周三在采访中表示：“市场动荡时期，经济脆弱性会上升。如果出现政治意外，或是信任投票落败，意大利还可能提前大选，这显然会作为风险事件，对市场造成更大的负面冲击。”
意大利众议院将于中午前后就梅洛尼主推的选举改革法案进行投票，这是历时数月博弈的收官环节。7月，梅洛尼政府曾在众议院意外受挫。政府党鞭目前已稳住阵营，本周早些时候已赢得三场信任投票。
贾尼还提到，衡量欧元区国别风险的指标——意大利10年期国债与德债的利差当前走阔，主要是法国当下政治与经济困境所致。
“我们认为这主要反映法国外溢的传染风险，而非市场单独担忧意大利债务水平。”她补充道，风险之一在于法国财政问题或将阻碍欧洲进一步一体化与共同金融项目落地，进而拖累意大利。
她评价意大利现行财政计划偏“保守”，预计现金融资需求将于明年开始下降。
意大利财政部长詹卡洛·乔尔杰蒂上周确认，意大利计划将赤字降至欧盟规定的国内生产总值3%红线以下，并预测今年经济增速为1%，高于此前预估的0.6%。但在可预见的未来，债务占国内生产总值比重仍将显著高于130%。
