此次交易细节显示,Strive 在 9 月 28 日至 10 月 2 日期间完成了这笔自 6 月 2 日购入 2,500 枚比特币以来的最大单次采购,平均购买价格为 84,422 美元。至此,该公司的比特币总持有量攀升至 29,462 枚,总市值约 25.5 亿美元,但仍比持有 35,577 枚比特币的 MARA 少 6,115 枚。

Woofun AI 整理数据显示,Strive 的融资结构高度依赖 SATA(SATA.US) 优先股销售,该类销售贡献了 61.5% 的融资额,而认股权证的行使则带来了 5,670 万美元资金。首席执行官马特·科尔在 8-K 文件中披露的第三季度初步数据表明,该季度内公司以 78,885 美元的平均价格购入了 8,137 枚比特币。截至 9 月 30 日,Strive 拥有近 2.85 亿美元的现金及现金等价物,其比特币收益率已达 63.2%,优先股和债务与比特币资产价值的比率为 55.3%,公司计划在比特币价格低于 10 万美元的背景下,将该比率提升至 60% 以上。
