10月10日起，海南控股旗下三亚凤凰国际机场（以下简称“三亚机场”）恢复柬埔寨航空执飞的“金边⇌三亚⇌新加坡”第五航权客运航线，以及峇迪航空执飞的“三亚⇌吉隆坡”航线，进一步完善三亚面向东盟的国际航空网络。

“金边⇌三亚⇌新加坡”航线每周执行两班，金边进港航班号为KR9755，每周二、周六11:30落地三亚，随后12:30起飞前往新加坡；返程新加坡进港航班号为KR9756，19:45落地三亚，随后20:45起飞返回金边。该航线为第五航权航线，实现柬埔寨金边、中国三亚、新加坡三地旅客互通，将极大便利三国经贸、旅游和人员往来。

“三亚⇌吉隆坡”航线现阶段每周六执行一班，换季后每周三、周六执行两班。进港航班号为OD630，17:45从吉隆坡起飞，20:55抵达三亚；出港航班号为OD631，22:05从三亚起飞，次日01:25返回吉隆坡。该航线搭建起三亚与马来西亚首都的便捷空中桥梁，依托中马互免签证政策，为两地文旅交流、商务往来提供有力交通保障。

此外，飞萤航空（Firefly）计划10月14日开通“三亚⇌吉隆坡”航线，吉祥航空计划11月3日起恢复“三亚⇌乌兰巴托”航线，强化三亚作为面向两洋航空区域门户次枢纽功能，拓宽东南亚、东北亚客源市场渠道。
