ChainCatcher 消息，Solana 财库公司 SkyAI（SKYA）表示，计划发起现金要约收购，以每股 3 美元的价格收购最多 95% 的已发行普通股及认股权证。此次要约收购最多涉及约 4640 万股普通股和约 2070 万份认股权证，最高总收购金额约为 2.01 亿美元。
公司预计将使用现有现金及出售所持 Solana 资产所得资金支付收购款项。SkyAI 表示，要约收购预计于周四启动，持续 10 个工作日，但可能延期或提前终止。此外，SkyAI 董事会已拒绝 Forward Industries（FWDI）主动提出的、非约束性全股票收购提议。该提议拟以每股 SkyAI 股票换取 0.306 股 Forward Industries 股票，但 SkyAI 董事会认为，该换股方案低估了公司的价值。
