智通财经APP讯，中国天弓控股(00428)发布公告，于2026年10月12日(交易时段后)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，本公司已经委任配售代理，按尽力基准促成承配人认购最多3085.16万股配售股份，有关价格为每股配售股份0.155港元。
配售股份最高数目3085.16万股相当于：(i)本公司于本公布日期之现有已发行股本约20.00%;及(ii)本公司经配发及发行配售股份扩大后(假设本公司之已发行股本于本公布日期至配售事项完成期间概无任何其他变动)之已发行股本约 16.67%。配售事项中配售股份之最高总面值将为30.85万港元。
假设最高数目之配售股份获配售，配售事项之所得款项总额将约为480万港元，而配售事项之所得款项净额将约为470万港元。配售事项之所得款项净额中拟用作投资于上市及╱或非上市证券为数合共约370万港元，而余额约100万港元则将会用作本集团之一般营运资金。
每股配售股份之配售价0.155港元乃经本公司与配售代理按公平原则磋商而厘定，配售价较股份于2026年10月12日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报之收市价每股0.192港元折让约19.27%。
