10月11日，市政协副主席蔡志强深入我县调研民生养老服务和生态污水治理工作。县委副书记、政府县长霍俊波，县政协主席刘元建参加调研。
蔡志强一行先后深入勍香镇西河村日间照料中心、县污水处理厂实地调研。在西河村日间照料中心，他详细了解中心日常运营、老人食宿及安全管理情况，要求相关单位严守食品安全和消防安全底线，规范日常管理，做实便民养老服务，切实保障老年人安全舒心生活。
在县污水处理厂，蔡志强详细查看厂区设备运行、污水处理、达标排放等情况，重点听取污水处理厂扩建项目推进情况汇报。他要求，要紧盯工程节点、严把建设质量、抓实施工安全，高效有序推进扩建项目落地见效。同时持续做好厂区常态化运维管理，优化处理工艺、完善配套管网、稳定出水水质，不断提升全县污水处理能力和生态治理水平，持续改善城乡人居环境，助力县域高质量发展。
