油轮运费持续暴涨 港口运输板块走强 东方海外国际（00316）涨5.03%

消息面上，据央视新闻报道，近日，美以对伊朗发动军事打击重塑中东原油贸易格局，叠加船队供给紧缺，超大型油轮（VLCC）运费飙升至60年以来最高水平。荷兰国际集团11日报告显示，9月沙特运往荷兰航线原油折算运输成本达每桶35美元，占原油价格比重超三分之一，去年同航线均值仅每桶2美元，10月油轮运费依旧高企。美国船舶经纪商9日表示，即便剔除通胀因素，当前运费已是上世纪60年代VLCC问世以来的历史新高。冲突推高霍尔木兹海峡通航风险，大量船东选择绕行，全球有效运力被大幅压缩；虽然中东原油出口逐步恢复，但广泛采用的STS船对船转运会额外增加约一周航行时间，叠加海峡通航状况反复波动，进一步加剧运力紧张。

运费暴涨正沿能源产业链向下传导。西班牙炼油商莱普索尔三季度炼油利润为每桶36美元，市场估算10月已收窄至约15美元，高企的油轮运输成本是利润压缩的重要因素。市场人士警示，运费持续攀升或将抵达临界点，炼油厂存在减产可能；市场的关注点也已经从“运费还能涨多高”，转为研判全球原油贸易体系可承受的运费上行极限。
