路透伦敦10月9日 - Airtel Money(AMCA.L)的股价周五跌破发行价,这家非洲移动支付服务商在经历了超额认购严重的首次公开募股(IPO)后,交易首日表现平淡。

此次IPO被Dealogic评为自2025年9月Fermi旗下 FRMI.O 双重上市以来伦敦规模最大的上市交易,这家专注于撒哈拉以南非洲地区的金融科技公司曾 (link) 将估值目标定在约70亿美元。

Airtel Money股价最初一度升至2.00英镑,随后回落至每股1.93英镑,略低于1.96英镑的IPO发行价。

尽管此次IPO需求强劲,认购倍数高达数倍,股价仍出现下跌。在此次二次发售中,现有股东以每股1.96英镑的固定价格出售了2.7亿股,共筹集约7.03亿美元。

Airtel Money的母公司Airtel Africa(将继续保持控股地位)的股价在伦敦市场下跌6%,此前SpaceX在美国获得频谱使用权,引发了新的竞争担忧,导致电信股普遍遭抛售 (link)。

Airtel Money最初作为Airtel Africa的移动支付服务而成立,为包括肯尼亚、马拉维和坦桑尼亚在内的13个国家的用户提供手机转账、账单支付和数字银行服务。

在伦敦上市的Airtel Africa AAF.L 由印度综合企业巴蒂企业(Bharti Enterprises)控股。在首次公开募股(IPO)之前,Airtel Africa持有Airtel Money近78%的股份,并曾表示将保持长期股东地位。

Airtel创始人、巴蒂企业创始人兼董事长苏尼尔·巴蒂·米塔尔(Sunil Bharti Mittal)在一份声明中表示,此次上市是对“英国作为极具吸引力的全球投资目的地”的“信任投票”。

AJ Bell市场部主管丹·科茨沃思(Dan Coatsworth)表示,在其投资平台上,Airtel Money是零售投资者中最受欢迎的伦敦IPO之一。

“Airtel Money的大股东Airtel Africa自2019年上市以来,已为投资者带来了丰厚回报,其市值上涨了262%,达到112亿英镑,”他说,“许多人希望此次新股发行能重现这一成功。”

在过去十年里,由于企业纷纷赴海外寻求更高估值,伦敦股市规模不断萎缩,为此英国已简化了上市规则 (link),以吸引更多发行方。
