消息面上，云迹公布双节(9月25日-10月7日)运营数据，13天内，公司机器人服务智能体累计服务1978.5万次，行走168.9万公里，约绕地球42圈；AI语音通话202.6万次，同比增110.37%，环比节前增56.55%。
值得关注的是，云迹商业模式正从一次性硬件销售，转向持续性软件服务与长线客户关系。这一趋势在中期财报中已有体现——2026年上半年，云迹科技总收入1.88亿元，同比增长71.6%；HDOS等AI数字化系统订阅收入3076.2万元，付费客户3173家，同比增长621%。公司CEO李全印此前明确，商业模式的核心是“硬件被接纳、软件被订阅、服务按效果付费，三者缺一不可”。
