凤凰网科技讯 北京时间10月12日，据路透社报道，知情人士称，月之暗面高管正在谈判，希望在香港IPO前解决与一名股东的法律纠纷。该股东指控这些高管存在不当行为，并要求获得赔偿。
据路透社看到的一封Recurrent.ai律师于3月11日致月之暗面投资者的信函，AI软件开发商Recurrent.ai及其部分投资者指控月之暗面CEO杨植麟、首席技术官张宇韬向Recurrent投资者作出虚假陈述，以牺牲Recurrent利益为代价中饱私囊。
公司记录显示，杨植麟和张宇韬在2016年共同创立了Recurrent.ai，随后于2023年创立月之暗面，目前两人仍担任Recurrent控股公司的董事。这一和解谈判此前未被报道过。
路透社无法独立核实律师函中指控的真实性。律师函没有披露Recurrent投资者的姓名。
杨植麟和张宇韬均未回复通过电子邮件发送的置评请求。杨植麟此前曾否认相关指控。月之暗面不予置评。(作者/箫雨)
