智通财经APP讯，我武生物(300357.SZ)发布公告，日前，公司间接控股子公司浙江我武干细胞科技有限公司(以下简称“浙江干细胞”)从国家药品监督管理局政务服务门户网站下载获得《药物临床试验批准通知书》，由浙江干细胞提交的“人脐带间充质干细胞II型注射液”(以下简称“本品”)药物临床试验申请获得批准。
截至本公告披露日，国内外尚未有治疗脓毒症和脓毒性休克的间充质干细胞药物获批上市。脓毒症是感染引起宿主反应失调，导致危及生命的器官功能损害的高病死率的临床综合征。脓毒性休克为脓毒症合并严重的循环、细胞和代谢紊乱，其死亡风险较单纯脓毒症更高。脓毒症和脓毒性休克的病理生理机制复杂，常导致多器官功能障碍，预后不良。存活患者可遗留认知功能障碍和脏器功能不全，生活质量受损。目前，针对脓毒症和脓毒性休克的治疗策略主要局限于支持性治疗与广谱抗菌药物的应用。尽管液体复苏、血管活性药物及器官功能支持技术不断进步，但脓毒症和脓毒性休克患者的病死率及远期并发症发生率仍居高不下，尚需突破性治疗策略。
