Robinhood CEO套现超4,000万美元!持仓基本清空引发恐慌,股价到顶了?

TradingKey - Robinhood CEO 狂抛 37 万股,套现超 4,000 万美元且直接持股( Class A )基本清零,是否意味着股价顶部到了?

美东时间10月8日,Robinhood (HOOD) 股价在开盘后持续走弱,从高点110美元附近一路下杀至低点105美元,创下9月中旬以来新低。随后,Robinhood股价反弹走强,跌幅收窄至2.28%,收报107.01 美元。

Robinhood股价下跌的直接原因是市场社区出现“CEO 将持仓清空”的恐慌言论。根据美国SEC昨天公布的内容显示,Robinhood首席执行官Vladimir Tenev于本周一(10月5日)以平均每股114美元的高价卖出超37万股公司股票,获得4,200万美元现金。最重要的是,Vladimir Tenev在此次交易完成后,其直接持股数量降至不到7000股。

然而,从 SEC 申报文件的股权结构与交易机制来看,这属于市场过度解读与错杀股价。Vladimir Tenev出售的是 Class A ,但Class B超级投票权完全未动。据悉,Tenev 与联合创始人 Baiju Bhatt 依然通过 Class B 股票牢牢掌控公司超过 60% 以上的投票权与实际控制权。

需要强调的是,Vladimir Tenev此次抛售是依据 Rule 10b5-1 提前数月排定的高管财务与税务规划交易,并非 CEO 临时看坏公司基本面而突袭抛售。此外,Tenev 仍通过家族信托间接持有 Class A 股票,且手握大量尚未履约的股权奖励与股票期权。

尽管高管套现带来短期心理面压制,但 HOOD 股价是否触顶关键仍取决于以下基本面因素,包括运营与财务表现、加密货币与 24/7 交易业务,而这些目前并没有恶化。得益于 BTC/ETH 交易量高企、Solana ETF 资金流入以及跨链/Layer-2生态扩展,散户交易活跃度维持在历史高位,而且Robinhood 最新季度财报营收破 13.1 亿美元,EPS 达 0.62美元,均大幅优于华尔街预期。

从技术分析来看,Robinhood在9月两次冲击130美元均以失败告终,而且回调均跌破斐波那契数列0.236支撑位,但是并没有击穿对应斐波那契数列0.382黄金支撑位,这里恰是100美元的心理关口。在下一次财报公布前(预计10月27日),Robinhood股价更大的可能是维持在100-130美元区间宽幅波动。
