Pan Pacific International Fixes Terms for 25 Billion Yen Unsecured Straight Bonds

Pan Pacific International (TYO:7532) has fixed terms for its 26th series unsecured straight bonds totalling 25 billion yen, with proceeds earmarked for bond redemption.

The bonds carry a 2.455% annual interest rate, are priced at 100 yen per 100 yen of face value, and mature on Oct. 19, 2029, according to a Tokyo bourse filing Friday.

Interest payments will be made semi-annually in April and October, with the payment date set for Oct. 21, 2026, and the subscription period beginning Oct. 9, 2026.

The bonds carry an AA- credit rating from Japan Credit Rating Agency.
