Aura Minerals (AUGO) reported Q3 preliminary production Friday of 95,557 gold equivalent ounces, or GEO, up 29% from a year earlier and 27% from the previous quarter, marking a quarterly record across its six operating mines, the company said Friday.
The mining company said that at constant prices, its production rose 25% year over year and 26% quarter over quarter, and that Q3 sales totaled 93,742 GEO, up 20% from the second quarter.
On a comparable basis, which excludes the Mineracao Serra Grande mine in Brazil, the company said sales increased 7% from a year earlier, which it attributed mainly to higher sales at the Borborema and Aranzazu mines.
Including the Mineracao Serra Grande mine, the company said total sales increased 25% from a year earlier.
For the first nine months of 2026, Aura said it produced 253,131 GEO at current prices, up 28% from the same period last year. At constant prices, production increased 26% to 255,268 GEO, the company said.
