ChainCatcher 消息，去中心化交易所 THORChain 宣布原生 Zcash 兑换已上线，用户可在不依赖包装代币或中心化交易所的情况下，将 ZEC 与其他受支持区块链上的资产互换。此次上线跟随协议 3.20 更新，该更新为协议引入 Zcash 与 Monero 支持。Zcash 池当时流动性超过 5 万美元，网络已开始处理实盘 ZEC 兑换。
池目前处于软启动阶段，性能受到监控，若出现漏洞或其他问题，交易可能暂时暂停。当前池规模较容易支持五位数规模交易，更大交易在流动性增长前会有更高滑点、结算更慢。当费用与深度比足够高时，协议自有流动性会自动加入 Zcash 池。该机制随 3.20 升级引入，允许协议将一部分流动性费用（当时设定为 20%）部署到受支持流动性池。
集成后，ZEC 持有者可用原生资产与比特币、以太坊及稳定币等受支持资产互换，无需将 Zcash 存入中心化托管方，也无需转换成其他网络上的包装资产。Zcash 使 THORChain 跨链流动性网络的原生区块链总数达到 14 条，兑换在各自链上以原生资产结算，而非通过跨链桥转移资产或要求用户放弃托管。
