ChainCatcher 消息，Linguard Labs 是一家总部位于美国加州的金融科技基础设施公司，由前 Visa 移动创新负责人 Drew Weinstein 创办，前 JPMorgan 全球首席架构师 John Davies 任首席技术官。Linguard Labs 已取得萨尔瓦多 Chivo 钱包多数控制权，并宣布通过公私合作关系重新推出该钱包。
萨尔瓦多政府在国际货币基金组织（IMF）指导下转让相关多数股权。新 Chivo 将根据用户在钱包内的收入、支付和消费记录提供微型贷款及现金预支，商户也可申请现金预支用于业务扩张，相关服务面向未开户及银行服务不足人群。新方案还包括美国向萨尔瓦多汇款免手续费，以及支持返现的借记卡，用户可在尚不接受加密货币支付的商户消费。Chivo 目前已有超过 450 万名注册用户。
