CytoMed Therapeutics Gets Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Deficiency Notice

CytoMed Therapeutics (GDTC) said Friday it received a Nasdaq notice Tuesday stating that the closing bid price of its ordinary shares had remained below the $1 minimum bid price requirement for 30 consecutive business days.

The company has 180 calendar days, or until April 5, 2027, to regain compliance with the requirement.

CytoMed said it plans to take measures to regain compliance.
