Lifeward's pick to serve as the biomedical company's next finance chief has withdrawn from the position.
Rami Aviram, who had been appointed as Lifeward's incoming CFO in August, has decided not to take the role, Lifeward disclosed in a Thursday regulatory filing. His appointment would have been effective Nov. 1.
Josh Hexter, who is currently serving as interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, will continue in those capacities until a successor is appointed, Lifeward said. Hexter is set to become interim chief executive officer on Nov. 1.
The company said it is searching for a permanent financial chief.
